Lived in the 360 area for a while and I usually stuck to a certain barber shop but they turned me away due to no staff been looking for a better barbershop for a while never tried Supercuts but went in cause I really needed a cut it was pretty late and seen Supercuts were open so I tried it out,walked in and got greeted by Christina she was amazing at making sure everything was how I wanted it and did an amazing job. Will be sticking to this barbershop and christina as long as she's available. Amazing first experience overall.

Terrible service. Not sure the name but an African American gentlemen cut my hair. He was a nice guy except when I presented I asked him which coupon to use ($12 MVP experience for new customer which I was, or $3 off) he used the $3 off, but overcharged me for the triple play (includes shampoo, hot towel,etc.) none of which I got. Just got a hair cut that was it. Dishonesty is not the best policy, and never generates repeat service. I’ll never go here again unless they start giving free haircuts.

Bad haircut experience from Anastasia the stylist. Had to explain to her how to blend a basic military haircut and couldn’t buzz the top evenly. Very frustrating since my haircut is so simple. Buzz the top, cut the sides, and blend together. Have to go back for a 2nd time. Frustrating when having to explain yourself. Horrible experience. Won’t go back after this time around.
